You will need:
Fresh Parsley
1 Onion Quartered
2 Garlic Cloves Large
20g Oil
400g Apricot Halves
50 g White Wine
50 g Chicken Stock Paste (or vege stock paste)
200g Apricot Nectar
1 tblsp Onion Flakes
1 tsp Onion Powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Dash Paprika
Dash Tumeric
Dash Pepper
1 tblspn Tamari
600g Chicken Breast cut into small cubes
1 tblsp Cornflour
2 tblsp Water
Rice 400 g
Water 900g
Chopped Veges Carrots , cauliflower , broccoli whatever you like for the Varoma to steam

Method:
Chop Parsley 6secs speed 8 – Scrape out set aside
Put Onion and Garlic in bowl Speed 5 for 5 secs
Pour in oil 3 mins 100 deg Speed 1

Put in Apricot Halves, White Wine, Chicken Stock Paste, Apricot Nectar, Onion Flakes, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Paprika, Tumeric, Pepper and Tamari
Cook for 4 mins at 100 degrees on Speed 1

Add the Chicken and Parsley and cook for 10 mins 100 degrees Reverse Slow Speed and Stir when done

Add Cornflour and water and cook for another 2 mins at 100degrees Reverse Slow Speed

Ensure chicken is cooked

Place Apricot Chicken in ThermoServer

Give bowl a quick rinse and pour in 900g Water. Place basket in and weigh in 400g Rice. Take out Basket of rice and thoroughly rinse
Place basket back in bowl and cook rice for 14 Minutes Speed 4 Varoma.
Veges that were previously chopped up can go into varoma trays and cook through the same time as rice.
