Another batch of Coconut Crack – If you like Coconut Ice with out the crap then this is for you
Coconut Crack converted for TMX – I doubled it
160g Shredded Coconut
1/4 cup (about 50g) Pure Canadian Maple Syrup (I didn’t double this and left it at the original)
2 Tblspns about 40 Grams ORGANIC virgin coconut oil
1 tsp pure vanilla extract – homemade by me
Good pinch of Madori sea salt
Blitz on about 8 for about 7 secs or so until all thoroughly mixed Pop in fridge for a couple of hours to set and then set in squares.
Only a small container.
