60 gram Tomato Paste.  ( Recipe here Tomato Paste )
30 gram Chicken or Vegetable Stock Paste. Made in Thermomix
200 gram Water.
20 gram Tamari Sauce.
20 gram Butter.
20 gram Plain Flour.
1 onion Halved
2 Garlic Cloves.
200 gram mushrooms Sliced
550 gram Chicken Breast. Sliced into strips
150 gram Cream.

Fettuccine Pasta.

Into the bowl put in halved onion and garlic cloves Blitz on Speed 5 for 3 seconds
Scrape down bowl and add in 20g Butter Next cook at Speed 1 for 2 minutes at 100degrees
Add in Mushrooms, Tamari Sauce, Stock Paste, Water, Flour , Tomato Paste and cook for 4 minutes at 100 degrees on Speed 1
Add in Chicken and cook at 100 degrees  reverse  speed soft for 7 minutes
Add in Cream and continue cooking for 3 minutes 100 degrees reverse Speed soft
Pop sauce nto Thermoserver and cook Pasta in a large saucepan of boiling salted water until al dente

TIP: to make this dairy free  you could use a dairy free milk to make it “saucy” so you could make your own oat or rice or almond milk. Perhaps just use around 100grams and add some cornflour
