1 Red Onion Quartered
1 tspn Pink Sea Salt
1 Inch Ginger
1.5 tsp Tumeric
15 Grams Chilli ( I use the tubes of fresh) or 1 tblspoon fresh chopped
6-7 Macadamia Nuts
15 Grams Coriander ( I use the tubes of fresh) or 1 tblspn Fresh Chopped
1 tspn Fennel whole
1 tspn coriander Seeds whole
5 pods of cardamon
1 tspn Cumin seeds
5 -6 cloves of garlic
1.2 stick Cinnamon
1 tblspn Tamari Sauce
20 grams Brown Sugar
2 tbsp Oil

Grind Macadamias Speed 10 for 6-7 secs
Add Garlic Onion Ginger Fresh Coriander Cinnamon Stick and Chillies and grind speed 10 for about 15 seconds
Add Salt , Tumeric, Fennel Seeds , Coriander Seeds , Cardamon, Cumin , and Brown Sugar and Grind Speed 9 for 10 -20 secs and Scrape
Add Oil and Tamari and mix on speed 6 for about 20 seconds until a nice paste.

Pour into sterilized jar and use in your Fish Free Laksa. You can also freeze in cubes
