My Favorite Muesli Slice
Egg Free Nut Free

Wet ingredients
180g Honey
40 g Raw Sugar – or Rapadura or Coconut Sugar ( you can also leave it out)
130g Butter

Dry Ingredients
3 Cups Rolled Oats
1 Cup Puffed Rice OR Rice Bubbles
1 cup Raisins or Sultanas
1/3 cup chopped Apricots dates cranberries or choc chips – that’s a total of 1/3 – I do 1/3 cup of chopped dates and cranberries as a preference
1/2 cup Shredded Coconut
1/4 cup (total) pepitas, sunflower seeds, linseeds (whatever mix you like)
2 tablespoons Chia soaked until like a gel in 1/4 cup water

Preheat oven to 170deg
Grease and line a slice tray about 30 x 20cm (anything around that size)

Now you can either chop up your dates and if you use apricots in the TMX or just give a quick chop with a knife as its such a small amount
Which I personally do

Then Add Butter Sugar and Honey into bowl and heat on 100degrees speed 1 for 8-10 minutes

Into the bowl add all the dry ingredients and mix with a spoon

Pour in the Butter Honey Sugar mix an stir to combine with a wooden spoon

Pour into lined and greased tray Press down with back of spoon and can use hand if you like

Place in oven and cook for around 20 minutes until golden
Leave to cool completely and pop into fridge and allow to set before cutting.

Freezes very well.
