150g Almonds
100g Rolled Oats
100g Macadamia Oil.
130g Atta Wholemeal Flour.
65 g Rice Malt Syrup
45 g Maple Syrup

Blitz Almonds for 5 secs Speed 9
Add in Oats and blitz for 5 secs Speed 9
Add remainder of ingredients and mix on speed 4 for 40 seconds. Make sure all mixed through and then knead for 10 secs

Place small balls of the mix onto lined trays
You can either squash down the balls with 2 or 3 fingers or press down if using a filling OR press out between your hands to a flatter style cookie

Place in a preheated oven on 180 degrees for around 15minutes until golden. Cool and place on wire racks to cool completely.
