Roast Pumpkin Doggy Treats

400g Rice flour (plus extra for rolling out of dough)

230 g Roast Pumpkin (cut into cubes)

20g Parsley – I use the Fresh Parsley tubes for recipes like this – if using fresh you will need to blitz first about 5-6 stems of parsley)

2 Eggs

30g Grated Cheese  ( you can grate this first before bltizing parsley)

Mix on speed 6 for 30 seconds

Knead for 2  – 2.5 minutes

Roll into a ball and wrap in plastic

Pop into freezer for 20 minutes.

Roll out on well floured (with rice flour) pastry mat and cut out shapes.

As I have a small dog I only used half of the qty it made 22 large Bone shaped biscuits and froze the rest. That way I have a fresh batch.

Bake in a 175degree preheated oven for around 25minuts until crisp and slightly golden.
