Recently I received the new Tefal Grater Shredder attachment. Such a great attachment ! Ha pardon the pun !
I love that when you are making a recipe that requires grated/shredded anything you can just stick the attachment on and grate/shred straight into the bowl ! No need for separate bowls or processors.

I’ve used this attachment a number of times now for recipes which I will be sharing with you all .

CC2

Here is the first ….

This is a great little recipe for school lunches or picnics or anytime really !

I started off with the first quantity which made a smaller batch but I increased by the quantities below to make a larger batch to use all the puff Pastry.
You can either make the initial quantities or make up the larger batch combine both quantities for each ingredient
I used 4 sheets of Puff pastry and just rolled out all the left overs until it was used.

3 Eggs + 2 Eggs
4 Rashers Bacon + 2 Rashers Bacon ( chopped )
1 Onion + 4 Spring onions ( if you don’t have any spring onions don’t worry about it )

80g Cheese plus 50g
Parsley and Mixed Herbs either Fresh and chopped or dried – use to your taste I usually like a couple of bunches of fresh or a couple of teaspoons dried
Salt and Peper
Puff Pastry 4 Sheets
Preheat oven to 180 degrees

Grate Cheese Speed 10 with your Tefal Grater Attachment Disc C and set aside Cheese
