Thermoblitz  Chocolate Mini Cupcakes

When I first created this recipe I didn’t know I was allergic to Coconut Sugar. If you don’t have coconut sugar you can use rapadura or raw sugar.)

125g Coconut Cream
125 g Coconut Sugar
125 g Coconut Oil
220g Plain Flour
2 tsp Baking Powder
50g  Cacao
2 Eggs

Preheat oven to 175/180 degrees
Line Mini muffin tray with patties
Pour into cupcake patties
(made 28)
Put everything in bowl and mix 5secs on speed 4
Insert butterfly
Run 1 minute speed 4
Bake 10-15 mins 175/180 Degrees
