Be sure to start with a squeaky clean bowl as you will be using a very high heat for a lengthy time

90 – 120 gram red capsicum – Cut in 1/4’s and deseed
Blitz for 3 secs speed 5
Add 1400 – 1500g of tomatoes middle top bit removed quartered
Blitz speed 5 for 30 secs 
Add
1 tspn rock salt
1 tblspn Oil
1tsp sugar raw, coconut or rapadura (optional)
Add 2 bay leaves
Add Half a sprig of Rosemary leaves only
Cook 40 minutes varoma speeed 1 with simmer basket on top of lid instead of MC
Scrape down Sides
Blitz speed 9 for 1 minute with MC on – scrape down
Cook on Varoma with Simmer Basket on top of lid instead of MC  for 20 minutes speed 1
Scrape Down and do another 10 minutes speed 1 Varoma with Simmer Basket on top of lid instead of MC

Scrape down and fill tray and cooled down and freeze.
