I have been making these yummy rolls for a couple of years now. They are a well loved recipe.
Chop up 10 Kalamata Olives and set aside 10 for half qty 15/20 for full qty

Chewy Anzac Biscuits
150 rolled oats
90 g Mix of raw and brown sugar
140g plain flour
40g (1 tablespoons) golden syrup
40g (2 tablespoons) boiling water
1 tsp bicarbonate soda (add a little more water if mixture is too dry)
Add in Butter and Golden Syrup on Speed
3 tablespoons of Tomato Paste. ( Recipe for Tomato Paste made in the CC is in my new cookbook - purchase here )
1 and 1/2 tablespoons of Chicken or Vegetable Stock Paste.
30o ml water
1 tablespoon of Tamari sauce.
20 gram butter
20 gram plain flour
10g dried yeast ( I use Lowans )
20g Maple Syrup
550g Plain Flour
40g Olive Oil
1 tsp Salt
Heat water on speed 6 at 40 degrees for 2 Minutes
Add everything else in the order as above
Using Pastry Programme 1 - set for 2 and
Festive Fudge as the name suggests something sweet for the Festive Season but really you can make this at any time of the year. My version has a hugely reduced sugar content and is perfectly sweet enough.
