Fathers Day Treat

These delightful steamed chocolate puddings filled with raspberries and cashew cream will be a lovely sweet treat for Dad tomorrow for Fathers Day.
Fresh and Light but full of chocolatey goodness whilst being dairy free ! Whilst these do have a small amount of sugar they are still relatively healthy and certainly healthier than a regular cake. But aside from being more on the healthier version side they are absolutely delicious and so easy to make !

You will need to get to and soak your cashews today ready for Fathers day tomorrow 😉

I’ve also included a Thermomix Version for both the Cashew Cream and Chocolate and Raspberry Steamed Puddings.
Thank you to Tess for testing the Thermomix Method out
